APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Application, drying and storage
Keep ventilation and drainage; full-system performance must be confirmed by sample testing.
Application
Set the coating scheme from substrate, vibration band, weight limit and target thickness. Application temperature: not below 15 °C recommended.
Preparation
Remove grease and dust before application, and confirm primer and substrate compatibility.
Drying
at 20 °C, 55% humidity and about 5 mm dry film, full drying takes 12–18 hours; raising to 50 °C takes about 2–4 hours (surface air speed below 5 m/s)
Storage
at least nine months in sealed original packaging; keep dry and cool, protect from frost

Tested to EN 45545-2:2013+A1:2015, reaching hazard level HL3; test report （2020）CL字第W1197号. A summary of the technical data sheet dated 2023-06-14, valid for AN2-800 only and not for other models or newer editions of the standard; the report itself is not published.
